The Chesapeake Bay Trust enables you to direct your tax-deductible charitable contributions to specific areas of interest. The donations you make to these interest areas are invested directly in Trust grant programs that support organizations doing the work you care about across Maryland and the greater Chesapeake Bay watershed. The Trust currently operates three field of interest funds:

The Chesapeake Bay Trust ranks in the top 1% of charities nationwide according to Charity Navigator, the nation’s largest independent evaluator of charities. For the 8th consecutive year, the Chesapeake Bay Trust has received a 4-star rating for its sound fiscal management and accountability. All contributions are unrestricted assets of the Chesapeake Bay Trust and are subject to reallocation at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. |
