Welcome to the Chesapeake Bay Trust resource library where you can find information on how you can help restore the Chesapeake Bay.

Teachers will find information on how to plan their next field trip for their classes, as well as resources and materials for bringing the Chesapeake Bay into their classrooms.

Looking for ways you can help reduce your home's impact on the Chesapeake Bay? Then the For Residents section is for you. Resources include native plant lists, information on how to install your own rain barrels and rain gardens, as well as local watershed organizations.

Chesapeake Bay Trust Developed Resources:

Community Based Restoration Project Manual: All the information you will need to know about reducing rainwater runoff from your yard, including, how much a rain barrel costs, what you will need to build a rain garden, and how much runoff you will contain using a green roof.

Watershed Plans Inventory: A list of all the current and developing watershed plans across the state of Maryland. Great resource if you are looking to apply for a grant.
