The Chesapeake Bay Trust Outreach and Community Engagement Grant Program awards funding to engage Maryland citizens in Bay awareness programs, workshops, and outreach efforts that advance the public's knowledge of Chesapeake Bay restoration. 



What this funds: Activities such as public awareness projects and behavior change projects. Read the full RFP.

Who can apply: Non-profit organizations, community associations, faith-based organizations and more. See RFP for full list of organizations.

How much can be awarded:
Awareness Track: $5,001 - $15,000 for projects not focused on behavior change as a project outcome.

Behavior Change Programs: $5,001 - $50,000 for behavior change projects.

Is match required? Match is encouraged, but not required.

The Chesapeake Bay Trust's grant applications are all submitted though an online system.
