Application Process


Eligible organizations working in
Maryland's Chesapeake Bay and the Youghiogheny  River watersheds may apply for funding through the Environmental Education Grants Program. You may submit a request to the Environmental Education Grants Program by following the Application Instructions in the Application Package.  For guidance on specific project types see the links below:

Community-Based Watershed Plans

At the completion of the project, a final report is required from all grantees that summarizes the activity, accounts for expenditures, and evaluates the project.  Please submit 8 hard copies of your application (at least one with original signatures) and one electronic copy (email to kbarrett@cbtrust.org or include on a CD with your application) by 5 p.m. on the grant deadline date.

Step 1:
Read through the
application instructions, Section 1 of the Application Package prior to completing your application.

Step 2:
Review the additional guidance outlined in the hyperlinks above (full guidance available in Section 3 of the Application Package).

Step 3:
Complete the Grant Application Form, which can be found in Section 2 of the Application Package.

Step 4:
Complete your final report form upon completion of the project.
