Environmental Education Grant Program

The Environmental Education Grant Program is currently closed; we will announce when the program will open. For more information on the program please read the summary below.

The Trust seeks to increase environmental stewardship though hands-on education in the Bay and its rivers by providing grants that build and expand K-12 environmental education programs and increase student access to Meaningful Watershed Experiences. Preference will be given to proposals that are part of a comprehensive environmental education program that includes the following components: field experiences, restoration projects, curriculum integration, issue investigation, professional development, and project or program evaluation.

Grant requests can be made up to $15,000 per project.

The Trust encourages applicants to target underserved school districts or communities.
