Watershed organizations and Riverkeepers in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. portion of the Chesapeake Bay watershed are eligible to apply to participate in the Capacity Building Initiative.  The criteria for what we fund and how to apply to the Capacity Building Initiative is available on the Capacity Building Request for Proposals.
