Mini grants are accepted on an on-going basis. Decisions are made within four to six weeks from the date the grant is received. Please consider your submission date when planning payment schedules, permission slips, etc. The Trust will not reimburse for items purchased or trips taken before a decision has been made.
Once an approval letter is received, both the project coordinator and executive officer are required to sign the grant agreement, and mail the letter back with original signatures in ink. Faxed/emailed copies will not be accepted.
After signed approval letters are received at the Trust office, checks will be cut and sent to the organization or school. Please note: the Trust cannot issue personal checks.
Final reports must be submitted by the due date given on the approval letter. Failure to do so may affect future grants. Please feel free to contact the Trust in advance for a final report extension.
